Jacksonville, Arkansas is an outer-ring suburb of Little Rock, located to the northeast of the main city and situated along Highway 67/167, a four-lane divided major arterial. Jacksonville is home to the Little Rock Air Force Base and serves as the retail source for both the base and for the nearby towns of Cabot, Austin, Ward and Beebe. Jacksonville's location along a major highway northeast of Little Rock positions them to collect shoppers travelling to and from the metro Little Rock area. The trade area has experienced tremendous growth since 1990 and the growth predicted to continue.
