"In an effort to expand our retail base and subsequently our sales tax revenues, the City of Guthrie partnered with Retail Attractions this past year. Our trip to the ICSC Convention in Las Vegas last year with Retail Attractions opened our eyes to how retail deals are done, and we left knowing that Guthrie's name and information was in the hands of many location professionals we would not have met without Rickey's introduction.
Rickey Hayes has his finger on the pulse of the retail world. His counsel has been invaluable and very educational for our city staff. We look forward to working with him in the future."
Melody Kellogg

City of Claremore, Oklahoma General Information
|
|
The City of Claremore is a dynamic, rapidly growing community in the fastest growing county in Oklahoma. A portal city to the north of Tulsa, Claremore has a unique flow of consumer traffic via the intersection of three major state highways (SH88, SH20, SH66) and Interstate 44. The meshing of these state and interstate highway systems gives Claremore the distinction of being a true micropolitan city and a regional retail hub for Rogers County communities. Retail customers funnel into Claremore from the north, south, and east. Traffic counts on the Interstate 44 average greater than 25,000 per day, and SH 66 also has dense traffic counts to support Claremore's corridor of national retailers.
