The property has air access via the Stillwater Regional Airport, rail access is located on the property, and the Cimarron Turnpike spur is located northwest of the property and Interstate 35 is fifteen miles west of the property.

The intersection of E Richmond Road and N Perkins Road is located a mile and a half east of Highway 177 in northern Stillwater. The area is within a mile of two golf courses, the Stillwater Regional Airport and Boomer Lake Park. Oklahoma State University is four miles to the south.
