Economic development folks serious about retail development head to Las Vegas in late May each year to attend the Real Estate Conference (RECON), sponsored by the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Now in his tenth year at the conference, Rickey Hayes, former Paris resident contracted by Paris Economic Development Corp. to assist in bringing retail development to Paris, and PEDC Executive Director Steve Gilbert attended the conference.
